FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW MUCH OF A DEPOSIT ID REQUIRED?
82% of bus and limousine companies require a deposit when booking. The average deposit is 22%. However WE only require a $40 deposit. Deposit payment is due upon confirmation of reservation.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We need to about any cancellations within 1 week of designated booking date. Any cancellations that do not fall within this perimeter will forfeit the loss of the deposit.
HOW SOON DO I NEED TO BOOK?
Ideally we want you to book at least 2 weeks out in advance to ensure availibilty. It also provides you the customer with more options. However if you do need to book within 1 day to 2 weeks and we are available; we would love the opportunity to satisfy your needs
DO I NEED TO TIP THE BUS OPERATOR?
We apply a standard 15% gratuity to your booking paid prior to trip. However if you feel your driver has done an exceptional job, feel free to add any additional tip after your trip.
IS ALCOHOL OR SMOKING ALLOWED?
We do allow alcohol in our buses and limos. Alcohol may only be consumed by passengers over 21. We require all chartered buses and limos to remain smoke free at all times.
IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE?
We have a $150 minimum during the week and a $250 minimum on Fridays and Saturdays.
